Let's talk about your goals.

If you're exploring passive real estate investing for the first time, or exploring our debt fund and mobile home park opportunities, please book a time below.

This will not be a sales pitch. I'm interested to see if what we have works for you or if it doesn't, and to get to know what you're looking for.

Who this call is for

Book this if any of these sound like you.

You're an accredited investor exploring passive real estate for the first time and want a real person to walk you through how it actually works.

You're comparing debt versus equity investments and want help figuring out which fits your goals and risk tolerance.

You recently sold a business, received an inheritance, or had another liquidity event, and want to talk through what to do with the proceeds.

You've already reviewed our offerings and have specific questions before moving forward.

You're invested in the stock market but looking for less volatile options outside it.

You're looking for diversification outside your current strategy.

Before you book

A few common questions.

Is this a sales call? +

No. It's a conversation about your goals and whether our offerings actually fit them. If they don't, we'll tell you that directly instead of trying to talk you into something.

Do I need to be an accredited investor to book? +

No. Plenty of people book this call while they're still figuring out if they qualify, or before they're ready to invest at all. It's a good place to start.

How long is the call? +

20 to 30 minutes.

Is there a cost? +

No, the call is free with no obligation to invest afterward.

What if I'm not ready to invest yet? +

We wouldn’t suggest this on a first call in any scenario. This is our initial call, where we get to know what is best for your situation. We recommend the Investor Club is the best place to start so you can see how we operate.
